Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor daily IT operations, systems, applications, and infrastructure.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and application issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot business applications and IT systems.
- Act as the primary contact for application incidents and service requests.
- Monitor application performance and system availability.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams for issue resolution.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, licenses, and application configurations.
- Perform updates, patches, upgrades, and application deployments.
- Maintain IT documentation, system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Assist with backups, disaster recovery, cybersecurity, and business continuity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and operational requirements.
- Track IT assets and maintain records of hardware, software, and licenses.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT operations, application support, or a similar role.
- Experience with ERP or application implementation and support.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of system administration, user access management, backups, and IT security.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
