Role Overview

  • We are looking for a **Warehouse Storekeeper** with hands-on experience in **Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)** and **RFID technology**.
  • The candidate will be responsible for **receiving, tagging, storing, and tracking inventory** accurately using digital systems.
  • Key Responsibilities1.
  • Inventory Receiving & Tagging
  • Receive incoming goods and verify against delivery notes
  • Apply **RFID tags / barcodes** to items
  • Ensure proper encoding and association in the system

2. System Entry & Data Accuracy

  • Add items into the **Warehouse Management System (WMS)**
  • Maintain accurate records of:
  • Item details
  • Location (shelf/bin)
  • Quantity
  • Perform system updates for stock movements

3. Storage & Shelf Management

  • Place items in correct **warehouse locations (rack/shelf/bin)**
  • Follow FIFO / FEFO where applicable
  • Ensure organized and labeled storage areas

4. RFID & Scanning Operations

  • Use handheld RFID/barcode scanners (e.g., Zebra, Chainway)
  • Perform inventory scanning and verification
  • Support RFID gate operations if available

5. Inventory Control & Cycle Count

  • Conduct periodic **stock counts / cycle counts**
  • Identify discrepancies and report issues
  • Assist in audits and stock reconciliation

6. Dispatch & Picking Support

  • Pick items based on system instructions
  • Prepare orders for dispatch
  • Ensure correct items and quantities

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5 years of experience in warehouse/storekeeping
  • Experience using **WMS / ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.)**
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • RFID tagging
  • Barcode scanning

Key Skills

  • Familiar with **RFID technology and inventory systems**
  • Ability to use handheld devices and scanners
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, system entry)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good physical condition (lifting/moving items) Preferred Experience
  • Experience in **RFID-enabled warehouses**
  • Knowledge of:

• FIFO And FEFO

  • Lot / Serial tracking
  • Experience in UAE warehouse operations
