About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide **operational and engineering support** for application services delivered through the F5 platform, including **LTM, ASM, APM, and Bot Defense modules**.
- Support the **onboarding, configuration, and publishing of new applications and services** based on business and operational requirements.
- Ensure that all configurations, updates, and changes are:
- Implemented in the **staging environment**
- Fully **tested and validated**
- Approved by the relevant application stakeholders
- before deployment to the **production environment**
- Review, analyze, and recommend **security enhancements** related to application delivery and F5 platform configurations, ensuring alignment with enterprise security standards.
- Implement approved improvements and configuration changes in coordination with **internal teams and stakeholders**.
- Manage and optimize **mobile application protection policies**, including:
- Periodic reviews
- Performance tuning
- Implementation of security enhancements
- Support the implementation and integration of **Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)** for externally exposed applications (e.g., OWA), including integration with **FortiAuthenticator soft token systems** to ensure secure user access.
- Contribute to **continuous service improvement initiatives**, enhancing system reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Enhance **monitoring, logging, and reporting capabilities** related to application delivery and security services.
- Prepare and support **operational reports**, including performance metrics, security posture, and incident analysis.

Experience
- F5 BIG-IP (LTM, ASM, APM): 4 years (Required)

- F5 Certification (F5-CA / CTS)?: 4 years (Required)
