Job Title: Warehouse Manager – HoReCa Operations
The Warehouse Manager – HoReCa Operations is responsible for managing and controlling warehouse activities related to the HoReCa business, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, inventory accuracy, and service level delivery.
The role ensures that warehouse operations are aligned with supply chain requirements, customer delivery schedules, food safety standards, and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or a
- related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of warehouse operations experience, preferably in FMCG.
- At least 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial warehouse role.
- Experience in frozen, chilled, dry, and fresh food products is preferred.
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems is required.
- Good understanding of HoReCa customer requirements and delivery expectations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of FIFO, FEFO, stock rotation, and expiry control.
