Key Account Executive – Retail
About This Role
Experience: 3–5 years retail FMCG experience
Job Purpose
Manage retail accounts and increase product penetration in B & C class supermarkets and discount markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle retail accounts such as supermarkets, groceries, and discount chains.
- Ensure product listing, shelf availability, and promotions.
- Implement retail sales strategies for frozen and dry products.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor display, pricing, and stock levels.
- Build relationships with store buyers and managers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate merchandising and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Experience in UAE retail FMCG sales
- Strong knowledge of supermarket operations
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- UAE driving license
Job Type: Full-time
