- Jouw rol als Warehouse Manager
- In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van de logistieke processen binnen onze loodsen op de Maasvlakte.
- Je stuurt dagelijks de Warehouse Medewerkers aan, bewaakt de kwaliteit en zorgt voor een veilige, prettige werkomgeving waarin iedereen kan groeien.
- Wat ga je doen
- het organiseren, aansturen en bewaken van het logistieke proces
- het leidinggeven aan Warehouse Medewerkers en het coördineren van de planning
- het naleven en uitdragen van onze kwaliteit-, veiligheid-, arbo- en milieuprocedures
- het creëren van teamspirit en het motiveren van collega’s richting gezamenlijke doelen
- het begeleiden, evalueren en coachen van medewerkers samen met HR en de Operations Manager
- Wat vragen wij van jou
- Voor Deze Functie Zoeken We Iemand Die Energie Haalt Uit Het Aansturen Van Een Team En Graag Bijdraagt Aan De Verdere Groei Van Onze Logistieke Operatie.
- Daarnaast Beschik Je Over
- minimaal MBO 4 werk‑ en denkniveau
- minimaal 4 jaar relevante ervaring in logistiek en warehousing
- een geldig hef- en reachtruckcertificaat
- kennis van gevaarlijke stoffen of bereidheid trainingen te volgen
- goede beheersing van de Nederlandse én Engelse taal
