Overview
Arvato is looking for a
Control Tower Specialist
to join our Fulfilment Operations team in Dubai.
The role is responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and optimizing end-to-end supply chain and warehouse fulfilment activities while ensuring operational excellence and SLA compliance.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate daily warehouse fulfilment operations
- Distribute work orders and manage operational workload
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and customer requirements
- Act as the first point of contact for operational and technical issues
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Track KPIs and generate performance reports
- Support operational projects and process documentation
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Operate within SAP / ERP systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or control tower functions at a managerial level
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes (warehousing, inventory, order management, transportation)
- Experience with ERP / WMS systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
