For 10 years we have been successfully implementing our architectural projects on the world stage.
Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for a **Warehouse Manager (Construction)** to join our team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations supporting construction projects
- Oversee receiving, inspection, storage, and dispatch of construction materials and equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory control and stock management systems
- Coordinate closely with Procurement, Logistics, and Site teams to ensure timely material availability
- Implement warehouse procedures, storage standards, and safety regulations
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests when required
- Supervise warehouse staff, loaders, and storekeepers
- Ensure proper handling, labeling, and preservation of materials
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliation reports
- Optimize warehouse layout and operations to improve efficiency and reduce material loss
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum **5+ years** of warehouse management experience within construction or real estate projects
- Strong knowledge of construction materials handling and storage requirements
- Experience managing warehouse teams and operations
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and ERP software
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- UAE/GCC experience preferred
- Fluent English required
