Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Health Specialist based in Dubai, with some flexibility for remote work.
The Health Specialist will support clients through occupational health assessments, health promotion initiatives, and customer-focused care.
Responsibilities
include communicating with clients to assess health-related needs, developing and delivering health promotion programs, and providing guidance on overall well-being.
Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is essential to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills, including the ability to listen, empathize, and clearly convey information.
- Knowledge and expertise in occupational health and medicine to assess and address workplace health concerns effectively.
- Experience in health promotion and wellness programs, including designing and implementing initiatives to support mental and physical well-being.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team while also functioning independently in a hybrid work environment.
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care, person-centered approaches, and cultural sensitivity is highly desirable.
- A degree or certification in health, medicine, psychology, or a related field is preferred.
