Logistics Coordinator (Construction)

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage logistics operations for construction projects and sites
• Plan and monitor delivery schedules for materials, equipment, and supplies
• Coordinate transportation, storage, and distribution of construction materials
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, procurement team, and site management
• Ensure timely delivery aligned with project schedules and construction milestones
• Monitor inventory levels and warehouse activities when applicable
• Track shipments and resolve logistics or delivery issues proactively
• Ensure compliance with UAE transport regulations, safety standards, and company procedures
• Support site teams with mobilization and demobilization logistics
• Maintain logistics documentation, reports, and delivery records
• Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum **3–5 years** of logistics coordination experience within construction or real estate projects
• Strong understanding of construction site logistics and material handling processes
• Experience coordinating suppliers, transportation companies, and site teams
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; ERP system experience is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• UAE/GCC experience preferred
• Fluent English required
