The company is expanding its retail and online channels while maintaining its design aesthetic and customer focus.

The Role

Full-time, hands-on Warehouse & Inventory Operative role supporting daily physical warehouse and inventory activity.

The role reports to the Order Fulfilment & Warehouse Manager and supports stock receipt, stock accuracy, store transfers, and wider warehouse operations.

Working Pattern and Location

  • The role is based at the London warehouse and requires regular warehouse presence.
  • Early starts or adjusted hours may occasionally be required for deliveries, stock movements, stocktakes, or urgent operational needs.
  • Occasional weekend or bank-holiday shifts may be required during exceptional peak periods, major deliveries, or operational needs, with advance notice where reasonably possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound deliveries and check quantities, condition, and paperwork.
  • Carry out quality control, preparation, polybagging, put-away, stocktakes, recounts, and cycle counts.
  • Use scanners, spreadsheets, and inventory systems to maintain stock accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
  • Process faulty or damaged stock and resolve unidentified, untagged, or incorrectly labelled stock.
  • Pick store orders, prepare warehouse-to-store transfers, and dispatch urgent approved requests.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse.
  • Support ecommerce pick, pack, and dispatch during peaks, leave, or operational need.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in warehouse, stockroom, inventory, logistics, or operations work.
  • Experience receiving and checking stock and maintaining accuracy across quantities, locations, and physical movement.
  • Experience using scanners, spreadsheets, inventory systems, or warehouse tools.
  • Experience with cycle counts, stock checks, discrepancy investigation, faulty stock, picking, packing, transfers, or outbound preparation.
  • Ability to work to deadlines affecting stores, customers, or trade.
  • The company seeks someone practical, accurate, reliable, physically comfortable with warehouse work, technically confident, and proactive.
