Working pattern and location
- London-based, on-site, and mobile across stores, warehouse, and office.
- Occasional early starts, later finishes, or weekend attendance may be needed for contractor access, site works, openings, or urgent issues; working time is adjusted appropriately.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate site repairs, maintenance, contractor work, and facilities issues across locations.
- Carry out and document site checks, inspect completed work, manage snagging, and keep clear action records.
- Support physical site projects, installations, equipment rollouts, and practical operating procedures.
- Coordinate physical IT and equipment issues, maintain equipment records, and escalate urgent site risks.
- Provide concise status reports on open issues, overdue actions, contractor works, and site risks.
Requirements
- Candidates may come from store management, assistant store management, retail operations, facilities coordination, visual/operations, or multi-site retail support.
- Experience is sought in several areas such as maintenance coordination, contractor management, site inspections, multi-location work, physical projects, equipment support, and written records.
