Warehouse (Hourly)

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Familiar with fundamental concepts, practices, procedures in warehousing and shipping.
• Planning skills and interpersonal skills in order to interact with co-workers in a team-based environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks using evaluation skills and ingenuity to recommend solutions to problems in a high-volume environment.
• PC experience including knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software preferred.
• Flexibility to work some overtime during weekdays, and to a lesser degree, mandatory weekends and holidays occasionally. This includes being part of the warehouse support rotation to pick, pack and ship orders during after-hours. The employee will be responsible for being on-call during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Warehouse environment – warehouse is not air conditioned.
• Exposure to possible hazards including occasional noise and forklifts.
• Use saw and nail guns.
• Limited travel may be required.
• Physical Demands:
• Frequent walking, standing and lifting in a warehouse environment. Manual lifting up to 50lbs. Fast paced environment with multiple priorities, constant change and a variety of problems and people involved.
