Support day-to-day warehouse operations for building materials.
The stated work location is in person.
Warehouse duties
- Receive and verify materials against delivery notes, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Unload, load, stack, arrange, and store materials according to type, size, quantity, and handling needs.
- Pick and prepare materials for sales orders and delivery instructions; check quantities and condition before dispatch.
- Support stock counts and physical inventory checks; report shortages, damage, and discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Maintain warehouse housekeeping and segregate damaged or returned materials.
- Follow FIFO and other company inventory procedures where applicable.
- Load delivery vehicles safely and efficiently; use warehouse tools and equipment responsibly.
- Follow company safety procedures and PPE requirements; perform other warehouse-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
