Role Overview
Lead branch sales and operations in KSA.
Manage branch performance, business development, client relationships, and sales growth.
Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Monitor inventory and manage procurement to meet branch needs.
- Implement quality control measures and coordinate timely product delivery.
- Manage branch staff and provide training and development.
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Develop client relationships to secure repeat business.
- Research industry trends and competitor activities.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance goals.
- Prepare and present business proposals, sales pitches, and contracts.
- Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in operations management and business development within hardware, building materials, construction items, or machine tools.
- Strong understanding of the Middle East market, especially KSA.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools.
- Valid driving license for KSA.
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field.
