Core Responsibilities
- Receive incoming goods, check them, and store them in the correct locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and on time using handheld or RF scanners.
- Replenish shelves and picking areas to keep products available.
- Check stock and report missing, damaged, or expired products.
- Pick items from ambient areas, chillers, and walk-in freezers as required.
- Keep the dark store clean, organized, and safe.
- Hand completed orders to delivery riders for dispatch.
