Join the nightclub team as a bar waitress or floor staff member serving VIP and lounge areas in a fast-paced, crowded environment.
Service duties
- Take and deliver drink orders quickly and accurately across busy dance floors and lounges.
- Provide VIP table service, present bottles, and upsell premium packages.
- Open, manage, and close guest tabs accurately using the POS system.
Safety and upkeep
- Verify guest IDs, monitor intoxication levels, and coordinate with security to maintain a safe venue.
- Keep assigned tables and lounge areas clear of glassware, trash, and spills.
Experience and availability
- At least one year of bar-service experience is required.
- The posting requests one to two years in a high-volume bar, nightclub, or busy restaurant environment.
- Must be available for late-night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Physical and interpersonal requirements
- Able to stand, walk, and carry heavy drink trays through dense crowds for six to eight hours at a time.
- Strong communication, mental arithmetic for tabs and tips, and calmness under pressure are requested.
Pay
- Pay is AED 1,500–1,700 per month; the listing also states AED 1,500 plus live-out allowance, tips, duty meals, and other benefits.
