Role overview
Oversee daily logistics operations, manage drivers and vehicles, and ensure timely delivery of goods across locations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise logistics, transportation, and delivery operations.
- Plan delivery schedules and optimize delivery routes.
- Manage drivers, helpers, vehicle allocation, and staff attendance.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance, fuel, registration renewals, and insurance.
- Coordinate stock transfers and deliveries with warehouses, outlets, and departments.
- Maintain delivery notes, vehicle logs, fuel expenses, and other logistics records.
- Monitor transportation costs and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE traffic regulations, and safety procedures.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports and resolve operational issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant logistics, fleet management, or transportation experience.
- Previous experience managing drivers and delivery operations.
- Good knowledge of UAE roads and traffic regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics documentation.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; able to multitask and work under pressure.
- UAE Driving License is required.
Pay
- AED 4,000–5,000 per month.
