Provide food and beverage service in a luxury hotel restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service to restaurant guests.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.
- Serve food and drinks according to five-star hotel service standards.
- Handle guest requests professionally and support guest satisfaction.
- Maintain table setup, cleanliness, and service presentation.
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Follow hotel SOPs, UAE hygiene regulations, and safety standards.
Requirements
- Previous waiter or waitress experience in a hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills; professional appearance and grooming.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment with good communication and teamwork.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
- Available for rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Pay
- AED 1,600–3,500 per month.
