Group HR Manager role covering recruitment, employee relations, HR programs, and employment-law compliance.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, hire, and coordinate onboarding; establish performance evaluation practices.
- Handle discipline, termination, and offboarding in accordance with company policy.
- Partner with senior leadership on staffing, recruitment, and retention strategy.
- Plan and implement HR policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, leave, disputes, investigations, performance, talent management, productivity, recognition, morale, safety, and training programs.
- Address employee grievances and workplace issues; support employee engagement, motivation, retention, and a positive work environment.
- Identify recruiting needs and develop hiring and talent-management practices.
- Monitor organizational trends and ensure employment-law compliance; review and update policies and practices.
- Track changes in HR, talent management, and employment law and communicate updates to upper management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field required; master’s degree preferred.
- At least five years of human resource experience required.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills; excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational, time-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Training or experience promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR software, or ability to learn the organization’s system.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or another professional certification highly preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,500–16,000 per month.
