Role responsibilities
- Lead service professionals and ensure adherence to operating processes and SOPs.
- Manage service delivery and customer experience, maintaining quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive location sales, contribute to sales, and control costs within budgets.
- Manage inventory availability and prevent stock variance or missed opportunities.
- Maintain expertise in spa/salon computer systems and ensure staff are proficient in their use.
- Work toward team targets and take initiative to achieve them.
- Coordinate training with the training department and deliver new-staff, refresher, and skills training.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly, using coaching, training, or treatment resolution as appropriate.
- Manage cleaning schedules and staff performance to maintain salon cleanliness.
- Assess technicians and salon staff, address skills gaps, and maintain organized records.
Pay
- Pay is AED 1,500–2,500 per month.

- Work location is in person.
