Job responsibilities
- Manage reservations using the online system and CRM.
- Coordinate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth operation.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service to support guest satisfaction.
- Answer calls according to company procedures.
- Relay allergy information and other guest requests to service staff.
- Show guests to their tables and introduce the restaurant concept.
- Accommodate special seating requests whenever possible.
- Know menu items, ingredients, and recommendations.
Job requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of restaurant reservation systems.
Pay
- Pay is AED 1,500–2,000 per month.

- Work is in person.
