Responsibilities
- Greet guests; present menus and explain food and beverage options.
- Take accurate orders and serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Provide customer service and handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints.
- Recommend menu items and coordinate with kitchen and restaurant colleagues.
- Keep tables and dining areas clean and organized; set up and clear tables.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and service standards.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of waitress experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or similar hospitality setting.
- Premium or Italian restaurant experience is an advantage.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills; strong customer-service skills.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and team orientation.
- Able to work efficiently during busy service periods and flexible shifts.
- Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
Compensation and benefits
- Salary stated as AED 2,800–3,200 per month; another pay line lists AED 2,800–3,000 per month.
- Benefits include employment visa, medical insurance, transportation, and a weekly day off.

- Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
