A premium café in Al Ain is seeking a skilled Specialty Coffee Barista with experience in specialty coffee preparation, espresso-based drinks, and customer service.
The role calls for understanding coffee quality and presentation, enthusiasm for coffee culture and brewing, and a strong customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and manual brews.
- Maintain consistent coffee quality, taste, and presentation.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
- Calibrate grinders and adjust extraction to maintain optimal coffee flavor.
- Educate customers about coffee origins, brewing methods, and menu items.
- Keep the coffee bar and equipment clean and organized.
- Monitor stocks of coffee beans, milk, and bar supplies.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and café operating standards.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a Specialty Coffee Barista in a café or specialty coffee shop.
- Knowledge of espresso extraction, latte art, and manual brewing methods such as V60 or Chemex.
- Good English communication skills.
- Passion for coffee quality and customer service.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy hours.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay
- AED 2,500–3,500 per month.

- Work is in person in Al Ain.
