Angelina Paris is seeking a professional, customer-focused Cashier / Waitress for its fine-dining hospitality team.
The role provides guest service and handles cashiering and payment transactions accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and provide knowledgeable menu recommendations.
- Provide attentive table service while maintaining Angelina Paris service standards.
- Operate the POS system and process cash, card, and other approved payment methods accurately.
- Prepare and issue bills, handle payments, and provide correct change and receipts.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and service team to ensure orders are served accurately and on time.
- Follow cash-handling, billing, and end-of-shift procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper presentation of dining and service areas.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Comply with company policies, food safety standards, and hygiene requirements; support busy periods.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Waitress, Cashier, or Cashier/Waitress in a restaurant, café, hotel, or fine-dining environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills; professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Comfort using POS systems and handling payments; strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented, reliable, and flexible with working schedules.
- Fine-dining, luxury hospitality, or premium restaurant experience is an advantage.
Pay
- QAR 3,300 per month.
Work Location
- Work is in person.
