The host supports birthday parties, school trips, seasonal camps, and themed events, creating engaging, safe, and memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities
- Host and manage events from setup to completion; welcome and engage guests.
- Lead age-appropriate games, activities, and entertainment programs.
- Help develop creative event themes, activities, and seasonal program concepts.
- Set up, decorate, and dismantle event areas; maintain decorations, materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Coordinate with artists, technicians, operations, and other internal teams for smooth event execution.
- Assist with new event ideas, activations, and entertainment programs.
- Ensure activities meet safety, cleanliness, and company standards; handle guest concerns and escalate issues when needed.
- Represent the theme park professionally and support other event-related duties assigned by the Events Coordinator.
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma; a diploma in Hospitality, Events, Entertainment, or a related field is an advantage.
- 2–3 years of experience in event hosting, entertainment, hospitality, theme parks, or a similar field.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; confidence engaging children, families, and large groups.
- Energetic and creative, and comfortable performing or leading activities in front of guests.
- Strong organization and time management; able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of audio and lighting equipment is an advantage; basic computer and MS Office skills required.
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and outdoor events.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 3,000–4,000 per month.
