• Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve drinks and food according to service standards
• Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction
• Coordinate with the bar and kitchen team for smooth service
• Handle billing and payments accurately
• Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the bar area
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Presentable and professional appearance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of food and beverages
• Team player with positive attitude
• Ability to handle guest requests and complaints professionally
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards
