- **Guest Experience:** Greet every guest with a warm, professional welcome. Seat them appropriately and provide a smooth, attentive experience from the moment they arrive until they depart.
- **Menu Expertise:** Develop a deep understanding of the 78 Lounge menu, including ingredients, preparation methods (especially for items like Kakigori), and common allergens. Be ready to provide informed recommendations and upsell specials.
- **Order Accuracy:** Take orders precisely, using the establishment’s POS system or standard order-taking protocols. Communicate any special requests or dietary modifications clearly to the kitchen staff.
- **Service Delivery:** Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets your quality standards. Monitor tables throughout the meal to refill drinks, remove empty plates, and address any guest concerns immediately.
- **Cleanliness & Hygiene:** Maintain a clean and organized section. This includes setting and resetting tables, sanitizing surfaces, and strictly adhering to local food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
