Seeking a friendly, professional, customer-focused Waitress to provide excellent service to guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly and professionally.
- Answer menu questions and provide recommendations; handle requests and resolve basic concerns courteously.
- Keep tables and dining areas clean and organized.
- Coordinate with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service.
- Process bills and payments when required.
- Follow company hygiene, safety, and service standards.
Requirements
- Previous waitress or customer-service experience is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Team player with a strong customer-service mindset.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay is AED 1,200–AED 1,400 per month.
- Service charge, free accommodation, and free meals are offered.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Electra, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
