City Seasons Al Hamra Hotel is seeking a responsible Night Auditor for its Finance/Front Office team.
The role handles night audit operations, transaction reconciliation, financial reporting, accurate revenue records, and guest service.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily night audits and verify hotel transactions.
- Reconcile room revenue, payments, cashier reports, and financial records.
- Review Front Office postings, room charges, and guest accounts.
- Prepare and distribute daily revenue reports.
- Accurately record transactions in the hotel PMS.
- Monitor guest accounts, credit limits, and billing discrepancies.
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, inquiries, and requests during night shifts.
- Coordinate with departments to resolve discrepancies and hand over reports and pending matters to the morning shift.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with hotel policies and procedures.
Job requirements
- Previous experience as a Night Auditor, Income Auditor, Front Office Associate, or similar hotel position.
- Knowledge of hotel PMS and night audit procedures.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, revenue reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Strong numerical, analytical, problem-solving, communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts and remain flexible with schedules.
Preferred qualifications
- Hospitality industry experience is preferred.
- A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is an advantage.
- UAE hotel experience and knowledge of hotel accounting procedures are preferred.
Schedule
- The work schedule is night shift.
Pay
- Pay is AED 1,800–2,000 per month.
Workplace
- Job location is Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
- Work location is in person.
