We are a fast-growing specialty beverage company known for our delicious, premium thick shakes and milkshakes.
We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our customers.
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Waiter / Waitress to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality thick shakes and milkshakes, serving customers, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare thick shakes, milkshakes, and other menu items according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
- Serve food and beverages in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the preparation and serving areas.
- Refill ingredients and monitor inventory levels.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Follow food safety and health regulations at all times.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, café, restaurant, or beverage preparation is preferred.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with a customer-first mindset.
