Position Overview

SEO & Organic Growth

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization.
• Monitor website performance and implement technical SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with content teams to optimize content for search engines and user engagement.

Performance Marketing

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
• Manage PPC budgets and maximize ROI through continuous campaign optimization.
• Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation to improve campaign performance.
• Track and report on campaign KPIs, including conversions, CPA, ROAS, and CTR.

Social Media Management

• Develop and execute social media strategies across relevant platforms.
• Create, schedule, and manage engaging content aligned with brand objectives.
• Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and competitor activities.
• Grow brand presence and community engagement through organic and paid social initiatives.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor, analyze, and interpret digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and other reporting platforms.
• Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Measure campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements based on data-driven findings.

Collaboration & Project Management

• Work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Manage multiple marketing projects while meeting deadlines and business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices.

Experience

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in digital marketing roles.
• Demonstrated experience managing SEO, social media, and performance marketing campaigns.
• Prior leadership or team management experience is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of SEO principles, tools, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with SEM and PPC campaign management.
• Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress and Shopify.
• Experience using Google Analytics and performance reporting tools.
