AWJ Investments is expanding its hospitality team and seeking service-driven waiters and waitresses to create exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
- Provide menu guidance and upsell when appropriate.
- Collaborate with the team to support smooth daily operations.
- Handle guest concerns with a positive, solution-oriented approach.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role; UAE experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong teamwork, and a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Positive attitude, adherence to grooming standards, and professional behavior.
