Job Title: **Waiter - Fine Dining Experienced

Starting Salary: **SAR 2,000 - SAR 2,500 (based on knowledge and skills) plus FREE shared room, transportation, and 1 duty meal**

Place of Work: **Via Riyadh**

Deployment / Start Date: **September - October 2026**

**Role Brief**: As a Waiter, you will run your own section of the restaurant and help manage the wider floor.

You will guide and support junior waiters, handle important guests, and work closely with the Restaurant Supervisors.

This is a hands-on leadership role — you will be in the action every shift, not just giving instructions from the side.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of your floor section, managing table timing, service flow, and junior staff.
  • Deliver exceptional service, build rapport with regulars, and resolve guest issues quickly and professionally.
  • Eventually train new waiters on service standards and help lead pre-shift briefings to keep the team motivated.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and flavor profiles to confidently guide guests.
  • Naturally suggest add-ons (starters, desserts, upgrades) to maximize revenue without pressuring guests.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen and bar regarding orders, VIP requests, and allergen requirements.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Saudi health regulations, Halal guidelines, and restaurant grooming standards.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years in restaurants, including 1 year in a senior/lead role, preferably in fine dining cuisine.
  • Strong English communication skills (Arabic is a plus) and proficiency with POS and reservation systems.
  • Must hold or be able to obtain a Level 1 Food Safety certificate and possess advanced training in fine dining service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼2,000.00 - ﷼2,500.00 per month
