Duties and responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests and maintain an attentive dining experience.
- Present menu and beverage knowledge, including ingredients and allergens, and make recommendations.
- Record orders accurately and communicate dietary requirements to the kitchen.
- Serve meals with fine dining etiquette and precise timing.
- Maintain clean, orderly dining areas and process payments smoothly.
- Mentor junior staff, assist management with shift operations, and manage floor flow.
- Resolve guest feedback and complaints professionally.
Qualifications
- Waiter candidates need at least 1 year of upscale dining experience.
- Senior Waiter candidates need 3 or more years of experience and leadership skills.
- Strong English communication skills; Arabic proficiency is preferred.
- Knowledge of fine dining standards and strong interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to stand and carry loads in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
- Starting salary is SAR 2,000–2,500 per month; the description says all is free.
