Responsibilities
- Maintain familiarity with the composition of menu items.
- Serve food and beverages to established standards in a professional, courteous manner.
- Clean designated areas according to procedures, routines, and hygiene requirements.
- Clean and refill cruet and condiment sets.
- Keep flowers and table decorations fresh and up to agreed standards.
- Set tables with clean, undamaged items in good condition.
- Stock station sideboards with replacement cutlery, linen, and other required supplies.
- Clean tables promptly after customers finish while allowing them to complete their meal without feeling rushed.
- Charge customers correctly, present bills, and take payment according to procedures.
- Maintain good customer relations and assist guests without adversely affecting other customers.
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and dress.
- Attend required meetings and training courses and perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Three years of experience as a waiter are required.
- High standards of personal hygiene and dress are expected.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is in person.
