Procurement Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in purchasing, vendor management, and procurement operations.

• Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations for goods and services.
• Support the procurement team in preparing purchase orders and following up with vendors.
• Maintain and update supplier databases and procurement records.
• Monitor order status and coordinate deliveries with suppliers and internal departments.
• Assist in comparing prices, quality, and lead times from different vendors.
• Help ensure procurement documents are organized and compliant with company policies.
• Support inventory tracking and stock reconciliation activities.
• Perform administrative and reporting tasks as assigned by the procurement team.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Previous internship or project experience in procurement or supply chain is an advantage.

Pay: AED1,500.00 per month
