Waiter role providing food and beverage service across the club's restaurants, lounges, patio, golf course, and special events.
The role supports an exceptional dining experience and the club's hospitality and service standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, efficient, and professional food and beverage service to members and guests.
- Provide service across restaurants, lounges, patio, golf course, and special events.
- Provide outdoor service during tournaments or patio service when required.
Qualifications and experience
- Previous food and beverage service experience, preferably in a golf club, hotel, or upscale restaurant.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays; additional hours may be needed during peak golf season and major events.
Preferred knowledge and certifications
- Fine-dining etiquette and wine or alcohol service knowledge are advantageous.
- Food safety and responsible alcohol service certification are preferred.
Working conditions
- Regular shifts include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Occasional outdoor work may be required during tournaments or patio service.
