Security Supervisor

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and guide the security team, maintaining alertness, discipline, and professionalism.
• Monitor CCTV, access control systems, fire safety equipment, and security patrols.
• Inspect the club, identify potential risks, and respond to incidents and emergencies.
• Coordinate with authorities and emergency services when required.
• Support training, fire drills, and emergency response preparedness.
• Maintain incident reports, security logs, and departmental records.
• Enforce club policies, access control, parking regulations, and safety standards.
• Investigate unusual activities, maintain confidentiality, and ensure compliance with SIRA requirements and club standards.

Experience and skills

• At least 3 years of security experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, emergency procedures, and fire safety protocols.
• Familiarity with CCTV, access control systems, and emergency response equipment.
• Leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills; ability to remain calm under pressure.

Schedule

• Must be flexible to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Preferred qualifications

• A diploma or degree in Security Management or a related field is preferred.
• First Aid, CPR, and Fire Safety certifications are advantageous.
