Trump International Golf Club Dubai is recruiting a hostess for its food and beverage team across standalone dining outlets.
Role purpose
Serve as the first point of contact for members and guests dining at the club.
Deliver a warm welcome and manage reservations and seating to support a smooth dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, escort them to tables, and present menus.
- Manage reservations and waitlists and communicate expected wait times.
- Coordinate table turnover and communicate seating flow to servers and management.
- Monitor dining-room and patio capacity and assist with special requests.
- Respond to guest concerns and escalate when needed.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area and support outdoor dining during tournaments and events.
Qualifications and experience
- Essential: experience in a standalone food and beverage outlet, such as an independent restaurant, fine-dining venue, or high-end lounge; hotel-only experience is not a fit.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak golf season and major events.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
- Remain calm, friendly, and professional under pressure.
- Familiarity with reservation systems and POS software is a plus.
