Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a retail home decor setting.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative visual merchandising concepts.
- Excellent knowledge of retail home decor products, trends, and market dynamics.
- Strong visual and spatial awareness, with an eye for detail and design.
- Proficiency in using design software and tools for creating visual presentations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing trends and brand requirements.
- A passion for home decor and a desire to stay updated with industry developments.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute visually appealing window displays, in-store layouts, and product presentations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in visual merchandising and home decor.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to understand customer preferences and market trends.
- Ensure all visual merchandising elements are in line with the brand's image and values.
- Conduct regular audits and maintain high standards of visual presentation across the showroom.
- Train and guide sales associates on effective product display techniques.
- Work within budget constraints to maximize the impact of visual merchandising efforts.
- Research and source unique props, fixtures, and decor items to enhance the showroom's aesthetic.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
