Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
- 10–12 years of experience in high‐rise construction within the UAE.
- Demonstrated experience managing full‐life‐cycle construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings and specifications.
- Hands‐on experience with site safety management and quality control.
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Professional engineering license (e.g., UAE PE) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all phases of high‐rise construction projects from inception to handover.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Supervise on‐site engineering teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate coordination between design, procurement, and construction teams.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to verify workmanship and material quality.
- Manage change orders, variations, and contract administration.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in project execution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Professional engineering license (e.g., UAE PE) preferred.
