Leaders Training Centre in Doha, Qatar seeks an experienced, creative and self-driven Videographer & Video Editor.
The role requires independently managing the complete video production process, from camera setup and filming to editing and final delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and operate cameras, lenses, tripods, lighting, microphones and other filming equipment.
- Select appropriate camera angles, framing, shots and compositions to achieve professional results.
- Record high-quality video footage for promotional campaigns, social media, interviews, trainer presentations, testimonials and educational content.
- Manage the complete editing process, transforming raw footage into polished, engaging videos.
- Edit short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, advertisements and other digital platforms.
- Perform colour correction, audio enhancement, transitions, subtitles, titles and motion graphics.
- Organise footage and project files, manage revisions and deliver projects within deadlines.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining professional quality and brand consistency.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional videography and video editing experience.
- Strong practical skills in camera handling, camera settings, framing, angles, lighting and audio recording.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve.
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and visual effects.
- Experience producing promotional, commercial, corporate, educational and social media videos.
- A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating both filming and editing capabilities.
- Ability to manage projects independently, make creative decisions, accept feedback and meet deadlines.
- Digital marketing agency experience is preferred.
Pay
- Pay starts from QAR 3,000.00 per month.
Work location and type
- Full-time, on-site role in Doha, Qatar.
- Work location is in person.
