Leaders Training Centre seeks a full-time, onsite Sales Associate/Course Counsellor in Doha.
The role engages prospective students through outbound calls, course counselling, and marketing activities.
Responsibilities
- Call prospective students and parents to introduce the centre's programs.
- Promote courses, counsel prospective learners, and convert leads into enrolments.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Assist with social media, email, and on-ground marketing campaigns.
- Learn the centre's course offerings and develop sales and marketing strategies.
- Keep accurate interaction records, update management, and build stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of outbound sales experience in an international call centre; education-sector experience is preferred.
- At least two years of outbound sales experience is stated as required.
- Fluent English and excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are required.
- Candidates should be self-motivated, goal-oriented, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
Compensation
- Pay starts at QAR 2,200 per month, with commissions.
Workplace
- The job is full-time and onsite; work location is in person in Doha, Qatar.
