Job Overview
Seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, develop corporate relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new B2B leads and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable training and business solutions.
- Arrange client meetings, manage follow-ups, negotiate, and close deals.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Achieve business development and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must be a Saudi national.
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate client acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to generate leads, conduct professional follow-ups, and close business deals.
- Experience in L&D, corporate training, or professional development services is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership.
Compensation
- Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼5,000.00 per month.
