Leaders Training Centre seeks a proactive, confident, results-driven professional to acquire corporate clients, promote training programmes, and develop long-term client relationships.
The ideal candidate has experience in HR, Learning and Development, corporate training, or client relationship management.
Key responsibilities
- Generate opportunities through outbound calls, lead generation, and corporate prospecting; promote and sell training courses.
- Identify client training needs, recommend programmes, manage enquiries and negotiations, and convert leads into enrolments or corporate business.
- Build client relationships; coordinate schedules, requirements, documentation, and programme execution.
- Maintain sales records and databases, meet monthly targets, and coordinate internally to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Background or experience in HR, Learning and Development, corporate training, business development, or sales.
- Proven experience in outbound telesales, lead generation, client acquisition, or corporate relationship management.
- Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and client counselling skills; confidently present and sell training services.
- Strong coordination, scheduling, documentation, organization, ownership, discipline, follow-up, and independent working abilities.
- Target-oriented mindset focused on business growth and results.
Working hours
- Working hours are 11:30 AM to 9:30 PM.
Workplace
- Full-time, onsite role in Doha, Qatar.
Pay
- Pay is QAR 2,500–3,500 per month.
