Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos and photos for Instagram, TikTok and other social media channels.
- Capture high-quality images and videos of products, people, and events that reflect our brand identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content ideas and storytelling concepts.
- Ensure all visuals align with the brand’s tone, colors, and aesthetic.
- Organize and manage media files, ensuring timely delivery of content for posting.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and apply creative techniques to keep our content fresh and engaging.
- Occasionally assist with setting up photo areas or lighting within the café.
Requirements
- Proven experience in photography and videography (portfolio required).
- Strong skills in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, CapCut, etc.).
- Creative eye for composition, color, and storytelling.
- Understanding of social media trends, especially Reels and TikTok-style content.
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Availability for a flexible part-time schedule (approx. 1–3 days per week).
- Nice to Have
- Experience shooting food, drinks, or lifestyle content.
- Basic knowledge of social media strategy or copywriting.
