We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Videographer & Editor to join our Dubai team on a full-time, on-site basis.

This role is focused on producing high-quality, premium video content that reflects the standard of Dubai’s luxury real estate market while driving engagement and brand growth.

The ideal candidate must have proven experience within Dubai real estate, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-end property videography and professional editing.

This role is suited to someone who understands how to capture and present properties at a premium level, while also creating engaging content for social media platforms.

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn

Film luxury property tours, lifestyle content, agent-led videos, and promotional campaigns

Deliver premium-quality visuals and editing that align with Dubai’s high-end real estate standards

Edit engaging short-form (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and long-form (YouTube) content optimised for performance

Apply professional editing techniques including colour grading, sound design, transitions, and motion graphics

Ensure all content maintains a consistent, polished, and premium brand identity

Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager to execute content strategies and campaigns

Bring creative direction to shoots, including framing, lighting, angles, and storytelling

Optimise videos for platform-specific performance (hooks, pacing, captions, trends)

Work with agents to capture confident and natural on-camera content

Maintain organised file management and content libraries

Stay up to date with real estate content trends and high-performing video styles in Dubai

Ensure fast turnaround times without compromising quality

Continuously improve production quality and efficiency

Mandatory: Previous experience in Dubai real estate videography

Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality property videos and professional editing work

Proven ability to shoot and edit premium, high-end real estate content

Advanced proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.)

Strong understanding of camera equipment, lighting, and audio for professional shoots

Ability to consistently deliver high production quality visuals

Strong understanding of social media content styles and audience engagement

Excellent attention to detail in both filming and editing

Ability to work in a fast-paced, content-driven environment

Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage

Creative mindset with a strong sense of visual storytelling
