Position Overview
Act Local is looking for a talented and creative **Videographer & Video Editor** to join our team full-time.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, filming, and editing engaging video content for clients across various industries.
This role requires someone who is comfortable both behind the camera and in the editing suite, with a strong understanding of content creation for social media and digital marketing.
Responsibilities
- Capture professional video footage at client locations, social media, campaigns, events, and promotional shoots.
- Plan and execute video shoots independently or with the creative team.
- Edit high-quality videos for social media, advertising campaigns, websites, and promotional content.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, music, sound effects, and color grading.
- Create short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
- Maintain and manage camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Ensure all content aligns with client objectives and Act Local's quality standards.
- Meet project deadlines and manage multiple assignments efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor.
- Strong portfolio showcasing filming and editing work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Experience using professional cameras, gimbals, microphones, and lighting equipment.
- Understanding of social media content trends and platform requirements.
- Strong storytelling and creative skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel to shoot locations when required.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
