This is a hands-on role combining creativity, communication, and client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality social media content (videos, reels, stories) using tools such as CapCut and Instagram.
- Maintain and update EMR (Electronic Medical Records) accurately and efficiently.
- Upload and manage content across social media platforms.
- Respond promptly and professionally to advertisement and social media enquiries.
- Engage with customers online and manage client relationships, ensuring strong conversion to potential deals.
- Assist the doctor with clinical operations and support daily clinic activities.
- Be present during customer visits and provide professional, client-friendly experience.
Work Structure
- 3 days in-office per week
- Remaining work can be managed remotely, depending on performance and outcomes
Requirements
- Proven experience in videography and editing (social media-focused)
- Strong understanding of content trends, especially in beauty/aesthetic space
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, presentable, and customer-friendly
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Immediate joiners are required, and candidates must hold a valid dependent visa (mandatory requirement).
